Operation Interdependence

Operation Interdependence provides a unique and efficient Civilian-to-Military Delivery System(R)delivering care from civilians at home in the form of C-rats, individual baggies each containing a personal note and some goodies from home that they miss. OI volunteers pack and ship 25 care packages per large flat rate box, enough for an entire platoon with no one left out. Enough boxes are sent so that at mail call everyone in the unit gets a package. For many, it's the only communication from home they receive. For the civilians at home OI provides a means to communicate their support to the troops efficiently, working with the military delivery system, so the public has a means to communicate their thoughts and well wishes to those deployed overseas on their behalf. Our secondary mission to help the families left and home and our veteran's.

Patriots and Paws

We help by reducing psychological and financial stress to our Veterans as they transition into civilian life and Active Duty/Reservists as they are returning from deployment, by providing basic home furnishings and necessities for free, resulting in hope and dignity.

We will also unite them with a rescued animal so it can be trained and become a service animal through our community partners for free, giving them a sense of purpose and emotional support

At Patriots and Paws we fill a very specific need for many of our Veterans/Active Military and Reservists. Our Veterans have programs that can get them housing in the form of VA loans but don't have it in their budget to fill their home with basic items such as dishes, sheets, beds, a couch, end table, etc.

That is where we come in - we provide items to help make their home complete. We strive to fill the gap in their lives.

We provide returning Active Military and their families with information and resources they can use to become successful in returning home and re-starting their lives back in the civilian world.

Strength In Support (SIS)

SIS' mission is to provide mental health services to military personnel, veterans, and their families, including individual and family therapy, vet to vet mentorship, and workshops, to address all areas of our heroes’ wellbeing.  These mental health services will be delivered in a timely manner.  No longer will a service member or a family member of a vet call for help and hear that there is not an available appointment for 6 weeks.  Nor will our military families reach out for help and hear that they are not eligible because they are not a veteran.  Our veterans will not reach out for help and hear that they need to come in and fill out 30 pages of paperwork before they can even talk to someone.  No veteran, nor their family members will ever hear that they are not eligible for services since they are not combat veterans.  No one will ever be turned away for the inability to pay.  At Strength in Support no veteran or family member of a veteran will hear no.  They will hear "Thank you for your service and your family's service. How soon do you want to come in?"

Our vision is for every service man, service woman, veteran, and their family members to have the mental health services, resources, and support that they earned, deserve, and need.
