CEO Statement

You were made for a Purpose, planned with a Passion and filled with Potential.  The center of all of this is Calling.  What is it that you were uniquely designed and gifted to do while you are here on this earth?  Questions being asked are:  Is my life all God made it to be?  Is it all I want it to be?  What's missing?  The Master's Program for Women is a deep dive into all areas of life seeking the answers to these questions and more.  As women meet together in small groups of 10-12 for twelve quarterly sessions of discovery, discussion, mentoring and community - friendships are forged and foundations are laid for future service.  One woman said "I feel like this is a Spa for the soul."   The program addresses the areas of time and how we spend it; what's most important to us; how do we get unstuck; uncovering our dreams and pursuing them; what does leadership look like in your life?  Through the use of many tools and assessments, the women are introduced to themselves in a meaningful way.  The Master's Program for Women stretches women of influence to meet God's Purpose.

Board Chair Statement

In 1998, I went through all the curriculum with a small group of women out of curiosity.  I was so impacted by the material, I went to our Founder/President and author of the curriculum and asked if I could start teaching this program to women.  Bob Shank wrote all the curriculum specifically for men in the marketplace, but I felt it had great value to women as well.  He said Yes!  I began teaching a small group of women  on a Saturday morning, and 17 years later, we now have classes in Charlotte, Low Country - South Carolina, Georgia, Dallas, Denver, Houston, OC, San Luis Obispo, Colorado, South Carolina, Minneapolis, Nova Scotia and India.  We are positioned to start classes soon in Atlanta and Greensboro, NC, NYC and Virginia.  I now have 12 Teaching Coaches who teach under the National Director across the nation who are passionate about seeing women's lives changed and living more intentionally with a deeper understanding of who they are and how they are gifted.  Each year that goes by I am more passionate about reaching women with the opportunity of experiencing the Master's Program for Women. Graduates of the Master's for Women are being placed by God in positions of influence for His Purpose.
